As Marketing Manager, Gianna oversees all marketing initiatives for Hoffman Realty and its portfolio of properties. She serves as a key point of contact for firm operations, ensuring seamless coordination across branding, sales support, and property marketing efforts.

Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Gianna develops and directs large-scale marketing strategies, oversees listing presentations and brand positioning, and guides integrated campaigns that drive visibility and performance across the firm’s portfolio. She plays a key role in the settlement process as well as aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to support long-term growth and client success.

Gianna holds a BS in Business and Entertainment from American University. Outside of
work, she enjoys reading and cooking, spending time with her child and family, and volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association.
